Scope
These terms govern the agreement between EcoMotorForce AB and you, the customer.
Quotes
All prices are quoted including VAT. We provide a fixed quote before any work starts. No add-ons without your explicit approval.
Warranty
We provide a two (2) year warranty on all work and new OEM parts. The warranty covers installation faults and defective parts, not normal wear and tear.
Payment
Payment on pickup, by Swish, card or invoice 10 days net.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booked time. Later cancellation may be charged at SEK 500.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We do not cover indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes
In case of a dispute the parties shall first try to reach a settlement. If that fails the matter is referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the general courts of Sweden.
